TequilaBluesOS is the operating system behind Tequila Blues Entertainment. Event management, sponsorship tracking, artist bookings, and community impact, all in one place built for an independent promoter who refuses to operate like one.
Track every festival, concert, and community event from one dashboard. Timelines, vendor lists, venue logistics, and day-of runsheets in a single view.
Manage sponsor relationships from cold outreach to signed deals. Track commitments, deliverables, and ROI reporting that makes brands come back next year.
Keep tabs on artist availability, contracts, riders, and payments. Build your roster and never lose track of who said yes, who needs a follow-up, or who ghosted.
Quantify your outreach to senior centers, shelters, and advocacy groups. Generate impact reports that win grants and prove music is more than entertainment.
"Music isn't just a show. It's a movement."The Tequila Blues mission
Tequila Blues Entertainment started as a dream: a place where people could walk in, hear live blues, and sip good tequila. That dream grew into something bigger. A culturally conscious, minority-owned promotion company producing festivals at Red Rocks, concert series featuring national acts, and community events that bring music to people who wouldn't otherwise have access.
The founder brought 25 years of nonprofit leadership, civil rights advocacy, and government contracting experience to the table. Not the typical promoter background. But that's exactly why it works. She knows how to build programs, rally communities, and navigate systems that weren't designed for independent operators.
TequilaBluesOS exists to match the ambition. When you're booking Red Rocks and organizing Dia De Los Muertos festivals and running community outreach programs, a spreadsheet stops being enough. This is the infrastructure that lets Tequila Blues operate at the scale it deserves.
